I would also add to Senator Franken's comments that not only did they falsely assert that FCC rules prevent a conflict of interest between content and carriage, but also that Comcast is in the process of appealing previous net neutrality rulings against them by asserting that the FCC has no jurisdiction. So, they are simultaneously saying that the FCC rules prevent a conflict, while claiming that the FCC has no jurisdiction.
